The product looks very high quality, similar to those found on expensive Mountain bikes. The wheel came already balanced and did not need any truing. The spokes and rim are of very high caliber. The stock picture does NOT do this product justice. One touch and anyone will immediately appreciate the workmanship. Easy to install & no need to true this rim. We decided to purchase after reading the reviews however many questioned if the opening for the valve stem was for the Presta or schrader valve & no one seemed to know. You can use the schrader or Presta valves with this rim.
